The Front View is a gallery dedicated to contemporary photography, film and video.  Launched in 2009 by Julie Thorne and Tom Sutherland, The Front View is committed to showing the work of established and emerging photographers and film makers - where intelligent and challenging contemporary work is seen and discussed.

A programme of talks and events accompanies each show.

The Front View is situated in a Victorian townhouse  in  Whitstable, the seaside town on the coast of Kent.
